Gregory is a licensed professional counselor who is working on his Ph.D. in clinical psychology at Rosalind Franklin University. He has successfully helped individual’s learn how to manage their stress, decrease anxiety, improve sleep, and mood. Gregory is well-trained in using evidence based treatments such as cognitive behavioral therapy to help individuals with their symptoms. He takes a collaborative approach in customizing treatment plans that can target and reduce the symptoms that are interfering with your life.
